Hold’em Tournament
Five to nine handed no-limit, played until one stack has everything. Pay a buy-in out of your bankroll and the top three places pay it back 50/30/20. Every opponent is dealt a hidden playing style and you are not told which — reading them from how they bet is the exercise. They will also talk to you, and they are not always honest.

Cash Game
No-limit hold'em for money, run to card-room house rules: whole dollars only, every raise on a blind, and no cents anywhere. Blinds never go up. Buy in for a slice of your bankroll and the stack in front of you is worth exactly what it says — pick it up and walk out whenever you like. Players bust and reload, or get up and go, so the table you sat down at is not the one you will be playing in an hour.

Full House
